  Top-notch animal hospital. Excellent staff and Vets are world class. Dr. Morris is a straight-up Genius with animals and their owner-guardians. I highly recommend this place.

  The vets here are great. The front office is horrible and has really declined in the last two years. They’re overbooked, run out of basic medications, and it’s hard communicating with them. They can’t access the vet’s calendars. On three different occasions they told me they’d have to call me back because all of their vets were completely booked on the calendars they could access. Twice they didn’t call back. Once they said they’d call back in 15 minutes and called me six hours later to book an appointment more than two months out. We have our four pets on their careclub plan which is very expensive but should cover all their checkups and care. One of our pets ate dark chocolate one time and they referred us to the ER because they’d ran out of the medication to make pets vomit. So in addition to paying his $75 careclub fee for that month we had to pay an additional $180 at the ER because they didn’t have a basic medication. We’ve had to go back to their office 4 or 5 times in the last year or so to fill prescriptions because they’ve run out of drugs or prescription food. The individuals are all nice enough. The office just seems horribly managed. Their client load is too high. They’re not able to manage their inventory. If you sign up for one of their careclub memberships please know that you will have to rely on other vets and pay out of pocket for expenses that should be covered because of chronic scheduling and inventory problems.
